Managing Director

Aaron is a highly skilled legal professional with a robust educational background, holding a double degree in Mass Communication and Law. Over the past several years, he has developed extensive experience in various areas of law, including Family Law, Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property, and more.

In the realm of Commercial and Corporate Law, Aaron has a particular focus on SMEs and start-ups. This focus stems from the valuable skills he gained during his tenure as an in-house counsel, where he addressed the unique challenges faced by growing businesses. His expertise allows him to offer tailored and strategic legal advice to clients in this sector.

Aaron’s ability to approach legal issues from a global perspective sets him apart. He considers international trends and cross-border implications, providing comprehensive and effective solutions. Whether dealing with personal legal issues or complex business concerns, Aaron is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.

Huang Po Han

Director

Huang Po Han (Victor) is an experienced litigator with more than 7 years of experience in the Singapore Courts.

He is qualified to practice in 5 jurisdictions (Singapore, Australia, England & Wales, New Zealand, Ireland) and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law. Prior to joining the legal fraternity, Victor had also worked as a private investigator for a private investigation firm, and is currently also a licensed private investigator by the Singapore Police Force.

Being born in Taiwan, Victor is bilingual in Mandarin and English. His extensive experience in the legal industry includes but is not limited to matters in civil disputes under contract and tort in the Singapore State and Supreme Court, construction law under the Security of Payments Act, employment law, defamation, arbitration and personal / corporate insolvency and restructuring. Victor is also well versed in corporate transactions ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions, shareholder / licensing / distributor / financing / franchising agreements.

Clement Yong

Consultant

Clement is a highly experienced litigator with over 10 years of experience as a District Judge, Deputy Public Prosecutor, and Legal Officer. Dual-qualified in both Singapore and the UK, he specializes in family law and is dedicated to supporting families through legal challenges.

With exceptional communication skills, he empathizes with clients, listens attentively, and provides clear legal advice. Clement prioritizes client needs, offering support and reassurance throughout the legal process. Skilled in negotiation and trial preparation, he can find holistic solutions to complex legal issues, and help his clients reach their desired outcomes. He has a deep knowledge of family law, an ability to think strategically, and excellent courtroom skills.
