Huang Po Han (Victor) is an experienced litigator with more than 7 years of experience in the Singapore Courts.

He is qualified to practice in 5 jurisdictions (Singapore, Australia, England & Wales, New Zealand, Ireland) and is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law. Prior to joining the legal fraternity, Victor had also worked as a private investigator for a private investigation firm, and is currently also a licensed private investigator by the Singapore Police Force.

Being born in Taiwan, Victor is bilingual in Mandarin and English. His extensive experience in the legal industry includes but is not limited to matters in civil disputes under contract and tort in the Singapore State and Supreme Court, construction law under the Security of Payments Act, employment law, defamation, arbitration and personal / corporate insolvency and restructuring.
