Huang Po Han (Victor) is an accomplished litigator with over seven years of experience appearing before the Singapore State Courts and Supreme Court. He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, an empanelled Neutral Evaluator on the LSNEDS-FIDReC Scheme Panel of Neutrals, a member of the Society of Construction Law, and is qualified to practise in 5 jurisdictions: Singapore, Australia, England & Wales, New Zealand, and Ireland. Before entering the legal profession, Victor worked as a private investigator with a licensed investigation firm and remains a licensed private investigator with the Singapore Police Force.
Born in Taiwan, Victor is bilingual and fluent in Mandarin and English. His broad legal experience spans civil and commercial disputes involving contract and tort, construction matters under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, employment disputes, defamation, arbitration, estate disputes, as well as personal and corporate insolvency and restructuring.
In addition to his dispute resolution practice, Victor has substantial experience in corporate transactional work. Ayman is currently in the process of applying for admission as a solicitor in Perth. Ashley has represented employers and visa applicants across a wide range of migration matters, including for listed entities and overseas businesses. She has a particular expertise in business investment, employment sponsorship and partner visas.
Throughout her decade-long practice in Australian migration law, Ashley has successfully assisted clients in varying difficult personal circumstances, such as LGBTIQ+, unlawfully in Australia, criminal, visa refusal, visa cancellation and immigration detention history, to obtain appropriate Australian visas.
